It's around 10:00 AM and you have had a great start to your day. Oatmeal, a glass of milk, and an apple for breakfast. Things are going well.
Lunchtime rolls around and you just had a salad packed with lean protein and filling vegetables. Fantastic!
Off work! Time to head home, do some chores and eat some dinner.
Buuut... I don't know what I want to eat. I ate well all day, I'll just run down the street and go through the drive thru.
"Let me get a couple cookies too"
After a successful day (about 10 hours), the whole day of on point nutrition for many fitness goals has erupted.
